While working in the entertainment industry, John began real estate as an investor, landlord & property manager in 2 family housing. His corporate background includes finance, accounting & IT applications development for Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, MetLife & 1199SEIU. His entertainment work includes the Discovery & Learning Channel, the Queens Symphony Orchestra, Friends of the Arts, Tilles Center for the Performing Arts, and a NY Orchestral Consortium internship. He performed operations management for artists including Wynton Marsalis, Johnny Cash, the Boston Symphony, Ray Charles, etc. John is a classical & jazz trumpeter, a scuba diver and business entrepreneur. He is currently studying to become a New Construction Certified Project Manager.
